Hi my name is Raz, the owner of MAC Dental. I qualified from the University of Leeds in 2002 attaining my dental degree and worked in South Yorkshire and Cheshire before acquiring MAC Dental. I have undertaken postgraduate training in restorative dentistry and aesthetic dentistry completing year-long courses in both.

I have also attained my postgraduate certificate in dental implantology and am studying for my MSc.

I enjoy seeing patients from different backgrounds. I enjoy treating nervous patients and am qualified to administer both oral and intravenous sedative medications to help you feel relaxed and relieve all your anxieties.

I provide complex dental treatments for clients requiring a multi-disciplinary approach. I enjoy a challenge and gain much satisfaction reforming and rejuvenating smiles.

When not at work I love spending time with my two children and socialising with friends.

My name is Adis and I graduated from Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden in 2005. I have been working at MAC Dental since August 2007. Before that I worked as dentist in Blackburn and in Stockholm honing my skills in all aspects of dentistry. I enjoy providing general dental services but I am especially interested in cosmetic cases and I am currently undertaking a one year postgraduate course in cosmetic dentistry. To complement my dentistry I have also taken courses in facial rejuvenation thus enabling me to provide botox. My ultimate goal is for each patient to have healthy teeth and a great smile for life. I sincerely believe that with your cooperation and good communication, we can achieve this goal.

When not working I enjoy swimming, going to the gym, reading and travelling.

Hi, my name is Dariusz and you will meet me when you need root canal therapy or general dental treatment. I qualified in Poland in 1999 and received after further study my PhD in Restorative Dentistry. In 2005 I moved to the UK and my deep interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) led me to the teaching position at Manchester dental school. The remainder of the week I work at MAC Dental. Whenever possible I expand my skills in continuing education courses worldwide. I run courses internationally as well as publishing extensively, I am also a clinical consultant for a couple of large dental companies.

I like a challenge and really enjoy difficult root treatments. Saving the tooth, otherwise planned for extraction, is very rewarding. I adopt an informal manner in my job and like seeing the patient stress-free and saying after the visit: ‘is that it?’ 
      
I am lucky to have a job and hobby in one! When not at work, I spend my time with family and friends. They all compete with my keen interest in ‘mind and spirit’ and trips to the gym.

Hello, my name is Alex, I am the Ceramist at MAC Dental and you will probably meet me if you are having crowns or veneers made. I make all the restorations at MAC Dental and work alongside the clinicians to make sure that every smile is perfect from every angle in terms of colour, shape and function. I have a particular interest in implantology and help on the implant courses ran at MAC Dental. I am an artist at heart and some would say a bit of a perfectionist, I enjoy working on cosmetic cases and get great satisfaction out of seeing patient’s flawless smiles and the instant changes it makes to their confidence and self esteem. When I’m not at work I enjoy painting, collecting fine art and riding my motorbike.
