During surgery opening hours telephone the surgery on our emergency number 01625 365036 as early in the day as possible for advice. If treatment is essential we will do our best to arrange a same day appointment.
All emergency treatments and consultations are strictly by appointment only.
If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to other patients waiting for treatment. Failure to do so will result in a charge being made to your account equivalent to the cost of the planned treatment of the session, Minimum £20.
If you miss, or fail to cancel an NHS appointment without 24 hours notice TWICE (8 working hours notice so you would be expected to cancel a Monday early morning appointment by Friday lunchtime), we will no longer treat you.
We are closed for lunch between 1.00pm - 2.00pm every day.
