Phoebe joined Mac Dental in 2022 as an Apprentice Dental Nurse and quickly became a valued member of the team thanks to her dedication and warm, approachable nature. After qualifying in 2024, she stepped into the role of Treatment Coordinator, combining her clinical expertise with a passion for patient care.
In her role, Phoebe is here to guide patients through every stage of their dental journey. She offers free, in-depth consultations on a wide range of treatments, including Invisalign, dental implants, composite bonding, and teeth whitening. During your consultation, Phoebe will explain how each treatment works, go through pricing, and carry out a 3D scan of your teeth to create a simulation of your potential results. She’s with you every step of the way - from the initial enquiry to regular reviews and ongoing support - making sure you feel confident, informed, and well looked after.
Known for her clear communication and attention to detail, Phoebe is a trusted point of contact for both patients and clinicians alike.
Outside the practice, Phoebe is a proud animal lover and devoted pet mum to two rabbits, two Chihuahuas, and a cat. She also loves to travel and explore new places whenever she can.
